SOVIET RED BULL

Straight out of Kailua, Hawaiʻi, Soviet Redbull is a young alternative rock band with a sound, presence, and attitude that hit well beyond their years.

Blending original music with unexpected takes on standout covers, Soviet Redbull brings raw energy, and an unapologetic approach to the stage.

Their debut single and music video, “Courtney,” made an immediate splash, earning a spot on a billboard in New York City's Times Square. The video premiered at a sold-out, four-cinema screening at Kailua Cinemas, putting the band firmly on the radar.

Soviet Redbull has shared the stage with notable Hawaiʻi artists including Henry Kapono and Black Square, and regularly brings its high-energy live show to local stages including Manifest, Tavana’s at Anna’s, Harbour’s Vintage, and Slack Key Lounge. The band has also taken its sound to the airwaves with a live on-air performance for KTUH 90.1 FM. They recently made their debut at the legendary Blue Note Hawaiʻi, adding another major milestone to an already exciting run.

They may be young, but they don't play small. Soviet Redbull shows up, turns it up, and brings the house down. Young. Loud. Unapologetically original. This is a band just getting started—and they're already making noise.
